The aQovia team is comprised of senior executives who have come from a diverse range of Global 100 technology companies, including IBM, Sprint, Cable & Wireless, Ericsson, Vodafone, Alcatel-Lucent, Logica, O2, Level 3 Communcations, and BT.

Muhammad Malik is the CEO and founding member of aQovia. He commenced professional life in the banking sector, helping US multi-state banks leverage deregulation via mergers and deliver optimisation via technology. Muhammad joined the US based telecommunication provider Sprint to lead the Sprint International network planning and engineering team for Europe Mid-east and Africa (EMEA) region. In 2001 Muhammad moved to London, as head of network planning and engineering for Sprint EMEA, post divestiture of Global One. Muhammad and his team successfully built the Sprint pan-European network and systems estate delivering the targeted rate of return for the Sprint global expansion, executed over 3 years.

Bradley Dickin has fifteen years experience as a telecoms consultant, project manager, systems engineer and software architect. Also a founding member of the business Bradley currently heads up the operations and service delivery functions for aQovia. This function includes project management and advising telcos on the execution of Agile business delivery methods in complex IT environments, with a focus on innovative next generation IP services. Bradley has previously worked for major vendors such as Alcatel and Lucent Technologies, deploying fixed and mobile service solutions for operators worldwide. These included the successful delivery of telecoms and intelligent networks, OSS and mobile content services with major operators, (including Vodafone & BT), throughout the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions, with several deployments in excess of 10 million users.

David Rose is on secondment from IBM. A successful Senior Sales Executive in the Telecommunications and IT industries, with 18 years experience in international business execution for both established global organisations and new start-up ventures. David has a considerable track record for managing sales teams to deliver challenging company commercial requirements.
